LLMG Radio is designed for professional commercial environments. Tracks containing the following cannot be accepted:

  • Explicit language or profanity
  • Sexually explicit lyrics
  • Strong sexual themes or suggestive content
  • Graphic references to sexual activity
  • Graphic violence
  • Hate speech or degrading language
  • Content inappropriate for general public business environments

We respect artists and their creative expression. However, LLMG Radio serves businesses and their customers, so all programming must meet a consistent professional commercial environment standard.

Read the Track Submission and Direct License Agreement (version 2026-10-v4-direct-license-final)
  1. You keep ownership. You keep ownership of the sound recording and the composition. This is a non-exclusive license, not a transfer of ownership.
  2. Direct license. If your track is approved, you directly grant LLMG Radio and its authorized service providers and customers the rights you own or control that are needed for the LLMG service — to host, store, encode, transcode, reproduce as technically necessary, cache, transmit, stream, distribute solely as part of the LLMG service, and publicly perform the sound recording and the underlying musical composition through LLMG Radio.
  3. Where it plays. The license covers delivery through LLMG Radio to any authorized LLMG customer, account, device, location or commercial environment — including hotels, restaurants, bars, lounges, salons, barbershops, retail stores, offices, senior living, fitness locations, skating/roller rinks, transportation terminals, public-facing business locations and other professional or commercial environments. The type or identity of the venue does not change your LLMG rate.
  4. Compensation. For approved tracks, current LLMG radio compensation is $0.01 per qualified LLMG play, unless LLMG and the rights holder agree in writing to a different rate. This per-play payment is the full compensation LLMG owes you for the rights directly licensed under this agreement for that qualified play. PRO affiliation does not change the LLMG per-play rate.
  5. Your downstream payments. After LLMG pays you under this agreement, you are solely responsible for any amounts, accounting, splits, royalties or payments you owe to co-writers, publishers, producers, featured artists, labels, administrators, PROs or other third parties from funds LLMG paid you, to the extent those obligations come from your own agreements or ownership relationships. This applies to rights you validly and directly licensed to LLMG.
  6. PROs and direct licensing. If you are affiliated with BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, GMR or another PRO, you acknowledge that membership does not change the LLMG rate, and you agree to cooperate with any direct-license notice, exclusion, reporting or documentation reasonably required so performances directly licensed to LLMG are handled consistently with applicable PRO rules.
  7. Authority and chain of title. You represent and warrant that you own or control, or are fully authorized to license, every interest you license to LLMG — including applicable interests in the master, composition and publishing. You may not grant rights you do not own or control.
  8. Third-party interests. You must disclose co-writers, publishers, covers, samples, interpolations, featured performers, producers, labels or other third-party interests that affect the rights granted, and you represent that all required permissions and clearances are obtained before approval. For covers and samples, the clearance must cover the actual rights LLMG needs.
  9. Keep us informed. You will promptly report any change in PRO, publishing or ownership status, or anything else that affects the rights granted to LLMG.
  10. Protection. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless LLMG and its affiliates, officers, employees, service providers and authorized customers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of your ownership, authority or clearance representations, or from your failure to pay or account to parties you are responsible for.
  11. Suspension and removal. LLMG may immediately suspend or remove a track if ownership, licensing or payment authority is disputed, without waiving any rights. You may still request removal by contacting LLMG Radio; removal stops future LLMG programming once processed but does not undo past licensed plays or amounts already accrued.
  12. No guarantee. LLMG Radio may decline any submission at its discretion, including for content, rights, audio quality or programming fit. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and neither submission nor approval guarantees airplay. Approval does not publish the track on any public music site or store.
  13. Electronic signature. Your typed legal name and checked boxes below are your electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement.
